Single Room - Central Kendal

Our lovely townhouse is close to the town centre of Kendal, located just next to M&S.
We’re looking for someone who is available to move in towards the end of November to replace my share of the tenancy. My housemates are both female so we are ideally looking for another female to replace me!

The room is a spacious single room, with a shared bathroom with only 1 other housemate. The kitchen and living area are shared, but are great spaces for a chat and a catch up together!

All bills are divided equally 3 ways every month, everyone chips in to keeping the house clean and tidy. We have plenty of trinkets and fun decor dotted around the house, so your own personal touch is very welcome too ☺️

Pictured on the the last slide is a single bed not included with the room, however if you would be interested in keeping it we can include with the room for an extra £100, otherwise if you’d like to furnish completely we can make sure this is moved out for you before a move in date!
