We have double, furnished room in a semi-detached house with large garden. Parking for 1 car, within walking distance of Kendal town centre and Oxenholme station.
Wifi and freesat tv in room. All other areas, shared with 2 -3 people, 3 guinea pigs, 1 cat. You should ideally like 1 cat being around.
This is a room for a Monday to Friday lodger ideally, but will consider full time, short term. We have one other lodger 1 night per week.
