The property is in a lovely location at the top of the hill overlooking Keswick. 10-15 minute walk to town. There is a garden and private parking. Communal areas are the kitchen, bathroom and living area.

Bedroom fully furnished includes double bed, chest of draws, bedside table, small inbuilt wardrobe and desk and chair.

Includes all bills and broadband. No TV license.

Ideal for someone working locally around Keswick or wanting to move and be closer to nature.

I have 2 very friendly cats that love to be around people.

I work from home so I am in the house in the day Monday - Friday. I also work some evenings locally. I spend a lot of the evening and weekends outdoors on a hike, running or peddling as well as doing some crafts. Looking for house mates with a like minded outlook on life.
