Spare room in terraced cottage, Lazonby

I have a small double room for rent in Lazonby, available 1 October.

The bedroom is furnished with a double bed and chest of drawers. As the room is small there is not a lot of storage space available.

The house has a kitchen with washing machine and all other appliances you would need.

There is a small living area with a log burner.

The garden is about to undergo some improvements so is a bit of a no go area at the mo but will have a shed in the next couple of months for storage.

Phone signal is patchy in the village but I have wifi in the house.

Looking for someone who is ideally vegan/vegetarian or at least won’t bring meat into the house. Someone who is pretty chill, easy going, clean and respectful.

I work from home one/two days a week but other than that I am not home so much and am quite often away. I am pretty active so usually out and about riding, running etc.
