Beautiful room with view in listed house

I am looking to let out one of the lovely upstairs rooms in my newly decorated Grade Two Listed house in Maryport. The double bed has a new very comfortable mattress and you would also get the best view in the house across to the sea and the old lighhouse! You would also have access to the yoga/exercise room next door and on the ground floor have shared access to the living room with large TV and dvd player, kitchen and garden.
There is a large shared bathroom with electric shower and bath. The house is centrally heated. There is a washing room in the kitchen and if the weather is too wet to dry clothes outside there is a tumble dryer in the cellar.
There is also a snug/office which has a wood burning stove but which would be out of use when I am working at home.
I am away for approximately two weeks per month so I am looking for someone very trustworthy and who would be respectful of the property and my very kind neighbours.
I have a rescue dog called Ethel who is very sweet natured but a little timid. I welcome enquiries from people who have their own dog so long as it is happy to mainly stay downstairs and gets on well with Ethel.
This is a very tranquil house but fairly boho with musical instruments, books and films. The vibe is fairly boho so If you're looking for somewhere with matching crockery, we are not for you.
Should you only need the place Monday to Friday we can negotiate on price. Also although 3 months is currently the max this is likely to change to longer.
PLease note that I have storage space in my attic for people with a few extra boxes and room in my cellar for a bike or a chain saw!
