Double room in Penrith Town, inc bills

Hi there!

I have a small double room for rent in the centre of Penrith, available from June 1st.

The bedroom is furnished with a double bed, chest of drawers and clothes rail.

The house has a spacious kitchen with washing machine and all other appliances you would need.

There are two small living areas. One is set up with sofas, TV and a log burner. The the other is currently set up as a dining room/ work from home office (which I barely use).

There is a shed in the garden big enough to store a few bikes and outdoor gear.

There is on street parking with permits available.

A bit about me..

I am a young professional who loves the outdoors, health and fitness, socialising with friends and spending time with my dog, Ziggy.

I am super chill in the house, not a party place, but I am social and friends are always welcome round.

I am wanting to find someone that will be a friend as well as a flat mate and will enjoy living in my home as much as I do!
