Double room in Penrith Town, inc bills

Hi there!

I have a double room for rent in the centre of Penrith, available July 6th.

The bedroom is furnished with a double bed, build in wardrobe, chest of doors, desk and side tables.

The house has a spacious kitchen with washing machine and all other appliances you would need.

There are two living areas. One is set up with sofas, TV and a log burner. The other is currently set up as spare bedroom/work from home office.

There is on street parking with permits available. (These need to be applied for).

A bit about the house..

I love the outdoors, health and fitness, socialising with friends and spending time with my dog, Ziggy.

I do not spend much time at the property. I have a young family based in Preston. The second reception room is set up as a spare bedroom/work from home office, if I ever do visit the property. These occasions are few and far between.

Hey! I’m easy going, outdoorsy & adventurous. I run a cafe in Keswick, so if you like coffee you’re in for a treat, and I also volunteer as a dog walker. I spend a lot of my free time paddling, hiking, and wild camping. I enjoy a relaxed, friendly home environment and I’m tidy, considerate, and easy to live with.
