Room or whole flat

Currently living here, looking to rent out my furnished flat to either a couple* or two individuals. I’ll begin moving out once a room is occupied and will be listing this room also.

First floor flat with private garden. It’s a 5-10 minute walk from centre of town. Room for up to two cars on the drive and free roadside parking.

Minimum 9 month stay. Available until October 2028 (this may be reassessed at this point depending on my circumstances).

*For a couple, rent would need to cover the cost of both rooms (£600 each), unless a third tenant is present. In this case rent for the couple’s room is £900.
