Of the 6 rooms, 4 are slightly smaller and at the rear, 2 have sea views and are larger hence the difference in cost per week but each room is furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, drawers/ bureau, a bedside table and lamp, chair, wall-mounted television and a kettle.

There is communal use of a Kitchen and dining room with all white goods in good condition and the inclusive utilities include a cooker, hob, microwave, and fridge freezer. There is also the use of an ironing board and iron.
There is a large car park within walking distance that is free to use 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and some contractors can apply for a pass to park in specified spaces for ease of use in high season.

All residents have a key to the front door and there is a local housekeeper and maintenance operative that care for the property and can be on call should there be an issue that needs to be reported and addressed.
