I have two rooms available at South Parade, down by the beach, where there’s a free car park and near train station.
The house has shared accommodation with shared amenities, 3 males living there already. Shared bathroom between 3, shared kitchen and shared living space between all.
I also have another on The Banks, up by the golf course with 5 males living there. This is again shared amenities, large Edwardian split level house with 2 bathrooms, separate w. c., kitchen, double living room, dining room.
both properties can be occupied 7 days a week so perfect for weekends, shift workers, or staying over to enjoy the lakes. Ideal for contractors as weekly rate includes all bills and council tax etc.
Towels and bed linen provided.
All communal areas cleaned weekly, rooms and bed sheets changed fortnightly.
Houses are in good condition. All rooms are fitted with secure locks and the property benefits from mains fitted fire alarm system with full fire safety equipment.
The kitchen is equipped with everything you need. There is also a washing machine and dryer.
all rooms have freeview TV and Wifi connection in the Property.
Council tax included in the weekly cost, as are all other utilities.

I am a live out landlord but live in Seascale so any issues arising can be sorted quickly.
