The property also benefits from being only half a mile from a large modern Spar and doctors surgery and 1 mile from Sedbergh village with its numerous pubs, cafes and shops. There is private off road parking available or a short walk from the house and you can catch a bus which takes approximately 20 minutes to arrive in Kendal this service runs 6 days a week.
The house is double glazed, centrally heated and has super fast unlimited internet. Other shared facilities include: kitchen with ample fridge/freezer space, washing machine, dish washer and large induction hob; comfortable lounge with leather furnishing and a wood burning stove and a modern bathroom with heated towel rail, rain head shower and extra large bath.
The front of the house has a large decked area that overlooks the front garden and Holme Fell and a rear garden with private parking spaces available.
The room is unfurnished although the above pictures show some furniture which you are welcome to use or it can be removed. The rent is £500.00 per Calendar month and includes all bills and the cleaning of the common areas.
