There is private off road parking available or a short walk from the house and you can catch a bus which takes approximately 20 minutes to arrive in Kendal this service runs 6 days a week.
The house is double glazed, centrally heated and has fast unlimited internet. Shared facilities include: kitchen with American style fridge/freezer, washing machine, dish washer and large induction hob; comfortable lounge with leather furnishings and a wood burning stove and a modern bathroom with heated towel rail, rain head shower and extra large bath.
The front of the house has a large decked area that overlooks the front garden and Holme Fell and a rear garden with a patio area, enclosed cops and private parking spaces.
The room is available furnished or unfurnished and the rent is £595.00 per calendar month and includes all bills.
