The property also benefits from being only half a mile from a large modern Spar and doctors surgery and 1 mile from Sedbergh village with its numerous pubs, cafes and shops. There is private off road parking available or a short walk from the house and you can catch a bus which takes approximately 20 minutes to arrive in Kendal this service runs 6 days a week.
The house is double glazed, centrally heated and has fast unlimited internet. Other shared facilities include: kitchen with ample fridge/freezer space, washing machine, dish washer and large induction hob; comfortable lounge with leather furnishing and a wood burning stove and a modern bathroom with heated towel rail, rain head shower and extra large bath.
The front of the house has a large decked area that overlooks the front garden and Holme Fell and a rear garden with private parking spaces available.
The room is available furnished or unfurnished and the rent is £525.00 per Calendar month and includes all bills and the cleaning of the common areas.
