Double room to let in Staveley

Double room in a house a mile out of Staveley.

Myself and my partner currently rent the property and there is another room going spare until December, so looking for someone who maybe interested for the next few months up until the beginning of December.

We are both work in healthcare in different places around Cumbria.

We are also (as is common in the Lakeland), spend a lot of our time outdoors; climbing, running, cycling etc.

We do have a very friendly collie dog called Fly (and also some chickens) so if you didn't like dogs, it wouldn't be ideal...

Rent is £400 pcm + bills , which are roughly £150 per month , although the house is heated by oil and the prices have recently risen due to Trump etc... so may work out a little more.
