I live in a new build 2 bed on my own and would be happy to let my spare bedroom to someone or a couple, I’m only here through the day (I work evenings) and I will spend most of my day out and about driving or doing stuff with my car. House is clean and well decorated with fish tanks in front room and a fully equipped kitchen. Has upstairs bathroom with big bath Nd shower and downstairs toilet. House has a garden. I would consider dogs but not keen on cats in the house. Reptiles and fish or other caged/captive pets welcome we will find a space for them.
