Troutbeck farmhouse. Room to share in family home

Double room with own bathroom, parking space and free access to Choices health club.

We are a small family of who live in the beautiful, quiet village of Troutbeck, near Windermere and Ambleside.

We run a holiday cottages business and we are pretty busy most of the time.

It is a stunning rural spot, but an easy 5 or 10 minute drive to Windermere or Ambleside..

In the historic 300 year old house, we have a room with a new double bed. It is lined with ancient oak panelling and has an old window seat with oak shutters. The room has amazing views over the valley. There's a private bathroom with a bath/shower, though it is not attached to the bedroom.

All bills included. There is high speed broadband, and the kitchen has a dishwasher, fridge freezer, washer/drier etc. There is a garden and parking for one car.

We are looking for a quiet, tidy person who will fit in with our family. The evenings are our switch off and chill time.
