Our rooms are the highest standard of rooms in the area. Modern, clean and home from home accommodation comprising of a large lounge, separate large kitchen and dining area and 2 floors of rooms, 2 rooms on each with each floor having good sized shower/bathrooms. An additional room for drying washing and ironing. Very spacious houses kept to a high standard with cleaning of the whole house every week to maintain this. Fresh towels weekly and bedding changed.

There is off road Parking out side the front of the house, and to the rear an enclosed walled private courtyard with seating.
Popular with people working in the companies in Ulverston, the outlying areas and BAE.

Coming to work in this area Ulverston is the place to be, a very safe town, with individual shops, warm and inviting pubs, good eateries and a choice of 3 supermarkets - Aldi, M &S food and Booths. Lovely walks in the area and very close to the Lake District if you like hiking, swimming, cycling and outdoor activities. Tennis and football in the town too.
We are very hands on if you have any issues.
