Countryside double room

I have a double room to rent in my 4 bedroom bungalow.
The bedroom is next to another double bedroom also rented out and you would share a bathroom with this one other lodger.
I have my own bedroom and bathroom in another part of the house.
All bed linen, towels, kitchen utensils etc are provided.
There is a utility room with washer, drier, drying racks or outside rotary drier.
The kitchen, living room, dining room and garden are communal.
I have two dogs and one cat.
The house is about 3 miles outside Ulverston and there is no public transport so a car is pretty much essential. There is plenty of parking on the roadside.
