I recently moved into a 2-bed house in a quiet residential street in Ulverston, a short walk from the town centre. The house is newly refurbished and has a living room, dining room, kitchen and utility area.
I am looking for a housemate to take the spare room, there is currently a single bed and I am in the process of getting additional furnishings. The kitchen and bathrooms are newly fitted out, and the communal rooms are furnished. I am looking for someone who is tidy, good to talk to and a similar age to myself (early 20s).
£400/month but negotiable, plus split bills and council tax (band A). I am also open to those who want less than 7 days a week.
The room also has a fantastic view of the Hoad.
