I'm advertising my furnished spare double room for a new lodger available from beginning of Jan 2027. Ulverston based quiet new build, with a parking space on the drive.

About a 20 minute drive to Barrow (BAE) and less than 5 minutes to Ulverston town centre by car (co-op is 10 minutes on foot).

A big and bright double room but looking for single occupancy, ideally another woman of a similar age. £600 per calendar month bills inclusive, looking for long term 6+ months but this can be discussed. No pets (unless they're small enough to live in a cage) and no working from home sorry! Will need proof of employment. I can provide a reference from my current house mate on request :)

Council tax band B, utilities and broadband included. Access to washer dryer, full use of kitchen equipment, and access to all shared areas. The house has a full 3 piece bathroom and a downstairs toilet both with locks. Netflix and Disney plus singed in to the tv in the living room.

I'm a tidy and respectful homeowner, I work full time and enjoy spending time with friends and boyfriend. I have had lodgers for over a year so am used to sharing my home. I sometimes run/ go to the gym, and love being outdoors. I'm easy going and can get along with most people.
