Our house was built in 1863 as a pub called The Rising Sun. The bedrooms are spacious and have been renovated. Both available rooms have a double bed, wardrobes, seating, and free wifi. I can provide bedding also.
You are welcome to use the kitchen, dining areas on the ground floor. The room for rent is on the second floor. There is a shower room for tenant use and an additional bathroom on the first floor. A kitchen cupboard can be made available for your use only and a shelf in the fridge.
We welcome anyone to come and look before they decide to stay.
I would prefer you not to drink alcohol on the premises or come home drunk. We have a no tolerance attitude to drug taking. If you wish to have anyone visit or stop the night, please ask us out of politeness. We will also inform you if there are people coming to stay so that you are aware of who is in the house.
