Studio Room Available for Professionals

We have a lovely, bright, comfortable, quiet studio room with it's own dedicated bathroom available for week to week lets for professionals working locally. This would suit staff travelling to work in the Cumberland Infirmary or West Cumberland Hospital, or working on local projects.
Many medics or trainees have to work shifts, his could be the ideal place for you to relaxed, rest and work after a long day.
The accommodation is a queen bed with a sink in room, a well equipped kitchenette and comfortable seating area, a shared utility room and a dedicated modern bathroom for the user only with a large Belfast sink for washing up, shower and loo. There is a desk/table perfect for eating and working. Entrance is via a back door to which you would have a key - you do not need to come through the house to get to your space. The space is separate from our living space so you would have privacy.
The house is 20 minutes from the Cumberland Infirmary, Carlisle and 40 mins from West Cumberland Hospital.
As we are busy professionals ourselves we would appreciate a lodger who would stay during their working week, then return to their usual place of residence when not working. We cannot offer full time residency.
