This is a large detached stone house in Central Windermere within 2 mins walking distance to the high street and the shops and only 5 mins from the train station. The room is located on the 1st floor and has a double bed and is close to the bathroom , toilets and separate shower rooms. There is a large kitchen downstairs with 2 washing machines and several fridge freezers and 2 hobs and 2 ovens. The house has a large garden with raised decking and grass and a small bbq area.
The house is mainly lived in by local professionals working nearby and we are looking for someone quiet and clean who can respect the other tenants and fit in well.
