I have a 4 bedroom detached home, situated in a countryside location perfect for someone looking for either some peace and quiet or commuters to Derby, Nottingham or Burton.

The house is set on 7 acres of private land, has 3 bathrooms - 2 of which are shower rooms and the 3rd has a bath. The lounge is spacious with 2, 2 person sofas, a log fire and double patio doors leading to an outside seating area and gas central heating throughout.

There is a large family kitchen with a utility room off with a washing machine and separate dryer and houses Tess, my wonderfully friendly dog. The utility room links to the garage where you can find 2 freezers and a second fridge.

Supermarket less than 5 minutes drive. Allestree Park is less than a 10-minute walk and Darley Park is around a 30-minute walk.
