Located in a lovely, peaceful spot in the Derbyshire countryside, this is a great location if you like having access to nature and great trails for hiking and running.

Belper is just 5 minutes away for supermarket grocery runs, independent shops, cafes, and local pubs.

Conveniently placed for road links to Derby, Nottingham, and Sheffield. Within walking distance of the local train station, offering easy direct connections to Matlock, Derby and Nottingham.

I work at Derbyshire Wildlife Trust and lead a fairly active life outside of work, hiking, running, and playing sports. At home, I’m quiet and relaxed, I spend time reading and cooking, and I appreciate the house to be clean, tidy, and calm, particularly in the evenings.

I’m looking for a like-minded, considerate housemate who also values a clean, calm living space and treats the house as a home.

I have a short-haired cat who is friendly, fun and well-behaved.
