Alders farmhouse naturally divides into two, and I live in one half with my partner. Yourself and only one other lodger would share the other half, including the large kitchen/utility, but each have your own private double bedroom, bath/shower room and living areas. The whole house is recently renovated. There is a modern oil central heating system. We have super-fast unlimited broadband.

To let are the upstairs rooms. There is a double bedroom, a small sitting room joined to a small office. There is a private bath/shower room. The kitchen and utility is downstairs and shared with one other lodger.

Each lodger has their own parking space. There is a long drive down to the property which does have some potholes, we are nowhere near the road, so it is very private and quiet. Alders is located on a network of beautiful public footpaths, we adjoin the Tissington Trail, excellent for walking and biking.

We are looking for mature, single professional lodgers, of any age/gender, who appreciate living in a quiet, rural location. We are a friendly, quiet, outdoor-loving couple. We have a friendly dog and two young children.
