looking for a professional or mature person who needs to rent a room or share a house in Bakewell, Derbyshire, the house is set within large garden with beautiful views and lots of quiet spaces and large comfortable patio area with a BBQ..

We have a double bedroom with built in French Chateau style wardrobes, double bed room, overlooking the back garden.

And there is one more lovely double room with king size bed, wardrobe, desk and plenty of space for your small things .
You will share the use of the newly refurbished kitchen, choice of two sitting spaces and two dining areas.

We are asking for 750 pcm and 600 pcm to include all bills and in addition We will be providing all household essentials ,taking care of the maddening things of daily life like ...dish washing liquid , cleaning staff for communal areas, taken all the burden of house bills from you ;electricity, gas, council tax, water.

We need you to be a working person or fulltime student and that you do not work from home full time or operate a business. Some study/work time at home is of course ok, just not on a full-time basis.

Full tenant references will be taken up by our estate agent who will also draft our lodgers agreement.

If you are a mature, sensible ,person with a professional outlook and sense of humor , you will appreciate what our home has to offer.
Ps The occupant has ample experience in renting and sharing house living space and is happy to share the house .
