I have a comfortable one-bedroom serviced apartment available in a quiet village just a few minutes from M1 Junction 30.

It’s mainly set up for Monday–Friday stays, but I’m flexible depending on your work pattern – this could include short midweek stays, occasional weekend bridge nights, or longer repeat bookings for ongoing projects.

The apartment works well for people working in the area for a few days or weeks at a time, especially:

Contractors and site workers
Business travellers
Amazon / logistics staff
Project teams and temporary assignments
Relocations

You’ll have everything you need for a straightforward, comfortable home from home stay, including:

Separate bedroom with en-suite. The lounge area is set up with a day bed so that two people sharing would effectively have their own room. Also, with enough notice, the double bed can be swapped for two single beds so that three people could share, each with their own bed. Ideal for a group of three contractors etc. (There is a surcharge on the rate for two or three people).

Fully equipped kitchen (microwave, air fryer, kettle, toaster)
Quiet, peaceful village setting.

I keep things simple and respectful here – it’s a quiet residential area, so this isn’t suitable for parties or events. There is a quiet policy in the building.
