Currently, there are two male housemates, and I, Paul, am the live-in landlord. My own accommodation is self-contained, with a separate kitchen, living area, and en suite, so there’s plenty of space for everyone to socialise or retreat for some privacy. Off-road parking is available for one of the rooms, and on-road parking for the other.
