Two furnished rooms are now available to rent in my spacious five-bedroom detached house on Manor Road, Brimington. The double room will be ready from 1st May, and the en suite room from mid-May. You'll enjoy a large, modern kitchen, a downstairs W/C, utility room, and a comfortable living area for communal use. Manor Road is conveniently located on a regular bus route to Chesterfield town centre and is within walking distance of the Royal Hospital, making it ideal for professionals. Currently, there are two male housemates, and I, Paul, am the live-in landlord. My own accommodation is self-contained, with a separate kitchen, living area, and en suite, so there’s plenty of space for everyone to socialise or retreat for some privacy. Off-road parking is available for one of the rooms, and on-road parking for the other.
