A well-presented and established end of terrace house in a popular residential area. This is a share 'live-in landlord’ property close to local amenities.

Located in a quiet and friendly neighbourhood, our home offers a cozy and peaceful atmosphere that will make you feel right at home.

The room is fully furnished with a comfortable bed, desk, chair, and plenty of storage space for your belongings. You'll also have access to high-speed internet, a shared bathroom, and a fully equipped kitchen.

What is a live-in landlord?

A 'live-in landlord', also known as a 'resident landlord', is someone that rents out part of their home to a 'lodger', while also living in the property.

Suitable for a working professional or a student. Fully furnished spacious bedroom and a study, this is the perfect place to be!

I do have a Cat named Tommy, so if you are allergic, my home may not be suitable.

The house is centrally located and within easy walking distance from the town centre of approx 5/10 minutes of bus stops, train station, shopping centre and all local amenities.

Both rooms are situated on the top floor and are fully furnished and newly decorated.

All bills, internet, Unlimited Fibre Extra and council tax (if applicable) are included.

The kitchen, a share bathroom (equipped with a shower, bath, toilet, and sink) and you will also have free and unlimited access to a washing machine, and a dryer.

The house also has a three-tiered garden, great for BBQ.

On-street car parking available in front of the house.
