I am seeking either a student, or, working person, mature attitude, with respect for surroundings. A friendly person. I am a non-smoker, and prefer a non-smoker, however, a smoker who only smokes outside in garden is acceptable.

A friendly environment, but mostly a quiet and peaceful area. Sports centre/gym and golf course nearby. Perfect for student, or, professional. No children, so study and work not interrupted.

Payment in advance each week/month, as convenient however, short-term lets will be available by negotiation only, and price will be reflective. This must be agreed prior to moving in. The full weekly cost is not reduced if someone goes on holiday, or works away, studies end early, or they sleep over at a friends house. Price is weekly/monthly, not nightly, and low rate of £119.00 applies to long stay let, not short term let. Responsibility for making tenancy payments ends at the end of the agreement, up until minimum 2 week term is complete. Notice within minimum term does not alter commitment to 2 week payment. If a short stay is required, it will be negotiated, and the absolute minimum stay is 2 weeks in terms of financial commitment. Short stay will not carry the same charge, but a deposit is still required.

I am seeking 1 person only. A shared room basis is not available. Private lock on room, and although access is necessary, use of landladies lounge is not included. Use of 5 rooms in total. Not a bedsit. No sharing bathroom with 8 other people. Excellent value. ABSOLUTELY NO UNARRANGED VISITORS WILL BE ALLOWED SPONTANEOUS VIEWINGS. No agencies.
