Hi all,

I am looking for lodgers for 1 room in my 3 bed modern home. My husband and I have been working in London since 1 Sept 2024. I come back a few times a month 2 days a week as this will still be our main home. Looking to provide affordable high quality accommodation for anyone that needs it.

Bills, Wi-Fi and council tax included.

The home has a lawned rear garden with BBQ.

We have a third bedroom which I will use for return visits and is used by another lodger around 3 days a week.

Main bathroom has a bath and power shower.

Garage available to lock bikes etc. Shared kitchen and lounge. Driveway for 3 cars/van and extra on the road parking. Play area out front for any visiting children. Safe quiet neighbourhood of largely families and professionals.

Would need to see proof of affordability and ID checks. Would be on a lodger agreement. No minimum term.

On the bus route to Burton, Aldi within 2 mins walk. Easy access to M42 and A38. Commutable to Burton, Tamworth, Derby, Lichfield, East Midlands airport and surrounds.
