A very easy going house. Modern, clean and tidy inside and there is a garden area with seating and a summer house.

Cleaner comes once a month but you are responsible for keeping it nice in the house.

This is a shared house and the room comes fully furnished with bed, mattress, but you supply your own bedding. TV point with super fast WIFI which is included in the rent. USB Sockets are everywhere in your room and in the Kitchen/Lounge area.

The house is opposite St Augustines church just off Derby road so it is right on the main route into the town centre about 1 mile so 8 mins on the bus, easy access to Tesco express, Many fast food places literally 2 mins away. Plus McDonald’s a Gym and many other great places are just down the road.

The house was fully renovated in 2022 and refurbished to a high standard from top to bottom.

There is an Open plan Communal kitchen & dining area with a breakfast bar plus a large flat screen TV with Virgin lightning fast broadband. A very comfortable lounge area.

You will have to pay one months rent in advance plus a month deposit which will be put into a deposit scheme.
Its a very laid back and friendly house. Im sure you wont be dissappionted so come take a look.

Absolutely no drugs will be tolerated here and no heavy drinkers please as its a nice household of working people.

It's a Male only household as it's less complicated.

No electric bikes allowed in the house at all. If you drive a car then there is limited parking so you will have to park down the nearby side street. Very close to derrby road so easy bus access.
