I've always had a lodger so i know how important it is to get on with who I live with if we have similar interests and can socialise as well as live together then that would be great and above I just like nice polite people :)

I do only have lodger that are in full time employment and have good references also plz.

You can see this is going to be a very high spec house so being clean tidying up after your self is very important.
