Thanks for checking out my ad for a furnished double room in my spotlessly clean, tidy and cozy semi detached house, the room has a double bed, double wardrobe and a 55'' wall mounted smart TV with sky/sports/netflix, there is a garden and off road parking, there is a shower room, no bath, a lovely cozy living room, kitchen diner and off road parking, you must be full time employed, clean and tidy, and not a man utd fan 😂 the house is around 15 mins walk to town centre and train station, all bills and laundry are included, rent to be paid weekly by standing order one month in advance, if you WFH the rent will be 120 a week between October and March, maximum 6 months term negotiable on completion, any questions feel free to ask.
