Thanks for checking out my ad for a furnished double room in my spotlessly clean, tidy and cozy semi detached house, the room has a double bed, double wardrobe and a 55'' wall mounted smart TV with sky/sports/netflix, there is a lovely patio and grass area in the private garden with outside furniture and a firepit table and off road parking, there is a shower room, no bath, a lovely cozy living room, kitchen diner and off road parking, you must be full time employed, clean and tidy, and not a man utd fan 😂 the house is around 15 mins walk to town centre and train station, all bills and laundry are included, rent to be paid weekly by standing order one month in advance, if you WFH the rent will be 120 a week between October and March, maximum 6 months term negotiable on completion. I'm a laid back guy who gets on with most people and would be a delight to live with 😊any questions feel free to ask.
