🏡 About the household:

You'll be living with Charlie (31), my brother and the landlord. He's friendly, easy-going, and out most of the day working, so the house is genuinely quiet and peaceful — lots of space to yourself. We also have Barley, our lovely little dog — she's very quiet, shy, and mostly keeps to herself.

🌟 Ideal for anyone who values peace and quiet, beautiful surroundings, and a relaxed, respectful household. No preference on professional or student — just looking for someone friendly and considerate.
