House share in quiet cosy home

Lovely home in north chesterfield. Close to green spaces.

The room - it’s a double with built in wardrobes and desk. The bed is super comfortable and has storage underneath. There’s also storage above the wardrobes.

Living room - telly with Netflix and a wood burning stove. Desk by the window and a couple of sofas.

Kitchen - large table space, your own cupboard and everything else you’d need - toaster kettle microwave over fridge freezer etc

Outside - space for a car on the shared drive, a medium sized garden with table, chairs and lounging area plus hedgehogs, swifts,
bees and bats. Bike storage.

Transport links - by car 15 mins to the climbing works, 15 to the Peak District, 20 to Sheffield and 10 to chesterfield. 9 to Linacre

8 mins drive to Dronfield station, 7 to Chesterfield. On the 10 bus route.

I’m looking for someone to be a part of my lovely cosy home. I’m a busy teacher so looking for someone who’s happy with quiet evenings during the week. I’m super keen to have a lovely home where people feel comfortable and at home. Love sharing cooking and chatting but also love my own space at times and respect others the same. It’s really important that we all get on so let me know about you when you get in touch. I’m a climber, cyclist, potter and general outdoorsy type :)
