Lovely house share in Cromford, Derbyshire

I’m looking for 1 professional person to share my 1770 three storey house in Cromford, Derbyshire (DE4). shared lounge and dining room on the ground floor. internal door that leads to a shared kitchen, to a shower room on the same floor and another bathroom on the floor above. There’s an outside sitting area in the garden overlooking the rooftops down towards the centre of cromford with a sunshade and furniture.

The house is just off the Via Gellia overlooking an old mill and weir at the edge of the village. I live with my two sons in their 20s. I’m 250 yards from 3 pubs and wine bars (and Scarthin books + vegan cafe is 150 yards away which is a total gem of a place. There is street parking 20-100m From the house. 10 min walk to the train station and regular bus services nearby (A6)

It's not an HMO, thats not my objective at all, just some help towards the mortgage and bills. Cost includes all utility bills, council tax, and good wifi but no tv license. If you’re interested just get in touch, come and have a look and a chat ;)
