In addition, there is a sitting area, with Flat Screen TV and Wifi throughout the property. The house and room are furnished to the highest standard and is accredited A+ by Derby City Councils accreditation scheme.

The Room

We have two beautiful quality en-suite double rooms available now. The rooms are fully furnished, with access to Wifi.

Ideally located within walking distance of Derby city centre and easy access by car to the A38/A50 and onto the M1. One mile from the university and 5 minutes drive to the hospital.
The house is only 2 minutes walk to Intu Shopping Centre and within easy reach of the City Centre, Pride Park, Bombardier and Rolls Royce.
Car Parking for 3 cars ( subject to availability)

Services & Amenities

The rent is ALL INCLUSIVE. electricity, gas, water, and fast broadband. - council tax is NOT included within the rental price. Fortnightly cleaner for the communal areas as part of the package. Parking is available.
