Hi, I have 2 double rooms available in my house, ideally situated for medical student or NHS staff but all students and young professionals are welcome to enquire.
The bathroom is shared between the 2 rooms. House is in DE22 3XS on the Kingsway Manor new-build estate. It is a 15 min walk to the Royal Derby Hospital, and 5 min walk to the Kingsway retail park (Sainsbury, M&S, Costa, Subway etc).
Rooms were decorated and had all new furniture (quality pocket sprung double mattress, bedside table, chest of drawers, desk, chair, bookcase and wardrobe) in summer 2020. Lounge is great with big TV and surround sound, kitchen has gas hob, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer, and comes fully equipped so you don't need to bring anything. It has a large garage for storing any sports kit etc and there is plenty of parking available. Wifi is super fast fiber optic to the property (500Mbps). It is on a lodger agreement and I live-in so any issues with the house will be fixed ASAP.
