A large house with excellent access for the hospital and town.

You get sole access to three rooms:
- Bedroom
- Shower/toilet
- There will also be a parking space for you on a shared drive
- There is an attached study which can be added on for an additional £50 per month

Shared facilities include:
- Kitchen with full set of cooking/eating utensils, and large fridge
- Washing machine
- Dining room
- Library (medical textbooks, history books, range of sci-fi/fantasy novels)
- Conservatory
- Garden

All bills are included.

For the lodger:
- It would be nice to know a little bit about you before discussing a viewing
- Happy to consider students

About me:
- I am a live-in landlord.
- I am a doctor, but am working out of town. I tend to be back sporadically when my shift pattern allows.
- Interests include general exercise, walks in the peak district, and writing novels

About the other lodger:
