Hello!
I’m a friendly, professional woman who’s passionate about healthy living, great food, tennis, latino dancing, and discovering new places. I’m offering a stunning large double bedroom with a balcony overlooking Derby Cathedral in a stylish, modern penthouse apartment right in the heart of Derby City Centre.
The Apartment:
- Bright, spacious and clean
- Fully furnished
- Prime location – just a short walk to shops, restaurants, the cinema, bus and train stations
About the Flatshare: I’m looking for a like-minded female flatmate – someone easygoing, tidy, and respectful who enjoys a relaxed and positive home vibe. Perfect for a working professional who wants a peaceful place to unwind after a busy day.
Feel free to reach out if you have any questions or would like to arrange a viewing!
