I have a nice house and people love living here. It is maintained to a high standard and the other housemates are friendly and tidy.

I am NOT a business! You will get friendly, helpful service and good value. I'd like people to look after my house so I live by example- if anything needs attention it gets done straight away. TBH if I don't care then why should you, right?

We are looking for a fun, tidy, personable person.

The current housemates consist of a pharmacy fulfilment technician and a marketing guru for an F1 team.

The house is just a 5-minute walk to the city centre (an actual 5-minute walk, not 15 or 20 minutes! :)

Many larger Derby companies run buses to their sites from the train station which is just 7 minutes walk away. The bus station is also about 7 mins away. We're a 15-minute walk from Bombardier or Pride Park. Most of Derby is within 15 minutes drive.

*Room 1- This room is a very large double room at the front of the house.
The room is fully furnished. It is warm, clean, light and airy with;
- a large chunky double bed with underbed storage
- a 4-door wardrobe
- a chest of drawers,
- a shelving unit
- a desk,
- a large window

*Room 2- This room is at the back of the house.
The room is fully furnished. It is warm, clean, light and airy with;
-a large chunky double bed with underbed storage
-a wardrobe with built-in drawers,
-a desk,
- a large window

The kitchen includes everything you'll need.
-Pots, pans, plates and knives and forks are provided.
-A premium washing-machine, tumble dryer and a large fridge-freezer.
-A microwave, kettle and toaster.

There is a shared living room for socialising which has a couple of large sofas and a TV.

We have fast broadband with whole-home mesh wifi for a superb, continuous connection and decent television.

There are 2 bathrooms.
-Upstairs shower room with basin, powerful shower and toilet
-Downstairs shower room and additional toilet.

The garden is south facing and catches the sun. There is a lawn, large patio with ornamental trees and roses and a large table and chairs; there is also a large BBQ.

All bills are included. (Water, electricity, gas, tv licence, broadband and council tax (band A).)

Everything is in good condition. Currently, we have a good mix of people living here.

This is a fun, friendly place to live where a considerate person will feel welcome. Responsibility for keeping the place hygienic and presentable is shared among the housemates.
