Double room plus cloakroom

I have a ground floor double room to rent with exclusive use of downstairs cloakroom. Room can have a wardrobe with full length mirror and a chest of drawers in it. So it can be partially furnished if required.
Newly painted and the house has had new double glazing fitted last year.
Recently decorated lounge, kitchen and hallway.

I have 1 friendly cat and 1 small friendly dog.
The back garden is currently undergoing updating but this does not affect the room or wc

The property is a 10 minute walk to Glossop train station and the local high street

Looking for someone positive with similar interests.
No smoking but vaping is allowed.
