This is a large, bright, fully furnished room, which also comes with a fridge, kettle and microwave.

The persons who takes this room will share a bathroom, and a shower rooms with no more than 3 other people. There are two communal kitchens spaces which are shared between 5 residents. Laundry facilities are available in one of the two kitchens, and there is a communal car park to the front of the property.

We offer a complimentary cleaning service to the communal areas of the building (bathroom shower room, kitchens and hallways are cleaned by our cleaner once a fortnight)

Rent includes bills, and is £360 per month based on one person. If there are two people sharing rent would be £410 per month. (Bills included are gas, electricity, water, council tax and Internet)

This is a great location for anyone working near East Midlands Airport or the surrounding industrial estates housing Amazon, Aldi, DHL etc. Kegworth is just off J24 of the M1 motorway so a good central location for commuting to Derby, Nottingham and Loughborough.
