I have had my house in kirk Langley for a few years now. It is a lovely village in a rural area. There is currently 1 guy living there and he’s a lovely guy. I stop there some of the time so there is plenty of space for everyone. It is a 3 bed house and good size garden which catches the evening sun. There is a bus route very close to the property and it’s 5 mins from derby. All bills included, just need to buy your own food. It’s super fast broadband. The bedroom available is 2.6 metres by 2.4 metres.
Anyone interested can come and have a look round any evening. Ideally want someone who is easy going and keeps things clean and tidy.
