I have moved out now as I was a live in landlord so there is plenty of space for another tenant. It is a 3 bed house and good size garden which catches the evening sun. There is a bus route very close to the property and it’s 5 mins from derby. All bills included, just need to buy your own food. It’s super fast broadband and access to Amazon Prime, Netflix and full sky tv in the living room. The bedroom available is 2.6 metres by 2.4 metres.
Anyone interested can come and have a look round any evening. Ideally want someone who is easy going and keeps things clean and tidy.
