Room to rent in friendly household

Room to let in my house, four miles from Matlock, sharing with the owner (female) and two others. The room will be decorated and recarpeted before the new person takes up residence. All bills included. ie gas, electricity, water, broadband, tv licence, council tax. Ample built-in storage. Easily commutable to Matlock, Alfreton, Ripley, Chesterfield, Belper and Derby. Village location., walking distance to country pub with good food and atmosphere. On a bus route. and five minutes drive or twenty five minutes walk to Cromford railway station. Lovely walking country. Driveway parking. Garden. Cycle storage. in garage if required. Room has tv aerial. Well behaved pet considered. I have four rescue chickens . I would really appreciate a considerate person to join our friendly household. To clarify- the room is just big enough to class as a double, with ample storage, but in fact contains a single bed- and is for one person - please see photos.
