Room to rent in pleasant household

Room to let in my house, four miles from Matlock, sharing with me and two others. All bills included. ie gas, electricity, water, broadband, tv licence, council tax. Ample built-in storage. Easily commutable to Matlock, Alfreton, Ripley, Chesterfield, Belper and Derby.. Village location., walking distance to country pub with good food and atmosphere. On a bus route. and five minutes drive/30 minutes walk to Cromford railway station. Lovely walking country. Driveway parking. Garden. Cycle storage. in garage if required. Room has tv aerial. I have a dog, a lurcher who makes the house a home. Pet considered if compatible with him. I also have two rescue chickens . I would really appreciate a considerate person to join our friendly bunch.
