It is situated in the picturesque village of Melbourne, yet is only 15 mins drive from Rolls Royce and Toyota and 10 minutes from East Midlands Airport and Amazon at Junc 24.
The accommodation has an ensuite shower room, kitchenette with microwave, ceramic hob, and fridge with small freezer, dining table with large cushioned benches, king-size fold-down bed and log burner.
I am looking to let to a professional person on a Monday to Friday let basis. Bills are included, along with weekly Friday cleaning and linen launder.
I live on site in the main house, so am on hand if there are any problems, but the 'tiny house' space is all yours. I have a labrador but he doesn't roam free near the 'tiny house'.
