I have a lovely double room to rent next door to the bathroom. On occasion this will be shared but we have an extra bathroom upstairs. You have access & space in the kitchen, & use of the washing machine & dryer. You have access to our big gardens at the front and back. In Room teas, coffees, WiFi, & fridge freezer in room. You can chill at the front or behind gardens. Plenty of parking space & gated for safety. FEMALES

WASHING MACHINE - subject to fair & average use

FREE COUNCIL TAX - While the property is banded per house the council tax will be covered under your rent.

FREE CLEANING - This is always limited to a general communal clean to keep the area to a good standard. You are responsible for cleaning your room but if you would like your room cleaning please discuss.
