Location-wise, the property has excellent commuter links to Burton on Trent, Burton Railway Station, and Swadlincote Bus Station.

You will be sharing the house with my two friendly cats and me, so you must be comfortable living with feline companions! I am seeking a reliable, working professional who is clean, tidy, and respectful of the space. Looking for someone long-term, provided the arrangement suits us both.
