The room comes with king bed, desk, wardrobe, and additional storage.

Only one other room is rented to a professional. This would mainly just be a 2 person house share.

All bills included utilities, council tax, TV License and fibre broadband.

Huge rear garden, and drive way parking with access for 3 vehicles.
Shared kitchen with 8 hob range cooker and washing machine.
