This is a 3 bed detached house in the village of Overseal.
It has a good sized garden with dinning area outside and bbq.
I have a dog, so please be a dog lover.
You’ll have your own bedroom with a king size bed, chest of draws, wardrobe, mirror and TV. Sole use of the main house bathroom.
You’ll have access to the whole house (apart from my room)
I have off road parking also.
I ask for good hygiene and cleanliness to tidy up after yourself but also help with the general house cleaning!
There are fields just behind the house to, with some lovely walks and a coop just up the road.
