Top floor of cosy and spacious 3 storey house in the beautiful village of Overseal. Friendly cul-de-sac location, backing onto a network of public footpaths and fields.

The part you'll rent contains:
* a spacious double bedroom (solid oak furniture, brand new excellent quality mattress - never slept on),
* bathroom (brand new bath, shower and tiling)
* box room with fitted double wardrobe, which you might use as dressing area, office or extra living room

Whole house has brand new carpets and is newly painted. Shared spaces include the kitchen (brand new fridge, washing machine, saucepans, utensils etc), living/dining room, garden, downstairs WC. I have my own ensuite so you'd have your own bathroom.

Would suit a professional or a mature student who likes quiet spaces, peaceful surroundings, friendly atmosphere. Council tax (band C), gas, electricity, water and WIFI included.

Homeowner is a piano teacher, who's very friendly, honest and down to earth. I'm looking for a quiet housemate who's relaxed, and happy to chat sometimes, or to be separate at other times.

Likes / interests: singing, dancing (jazz and blues), playing piano, yoga, walks, nature, psychology, neurodivergence, good food, sleep, health and wellbeing.
